HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days from purchase date for your order to be processed. Delivery times usually fall within 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Some overseas destinations may take anywhere from 14-18 days to arrive depending on shipping selection.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE. WHY?

We do our best to display all of our products and colors as accurately as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Handmade items may come with natural flaws or variations in the materials we use. We feel it only enhances that natural beauty of our products. However, please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

WHERE IS SALES TAX CHARGED?

Sales tax is currently charged in the state of Georgia.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS? 

We do on our wax seals! Please visit our wholesale page for further information. 

DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS? 

We do! We collaborate in a very limited capacity, so please email us at shop@saintsignora.com.

CAN I FEATURE YOUR PRODUCTS? 

Of course! We love being featured. Please just be sure to credit any and all photos where credit is due. That means tagging us in each image and listing in the description as well for Instagram (if using our image or product). Same goes for other social media (i.e. Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook). If you are looking to feature our products in print or a digital publication, please email us.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of our new pieces (wax seals, soaps etc). We offer exchanges ONLY on our new pieces. Vintage and antique items are customary to natural wear and imperfections. We typically note any imperfections we see in the "notes" section of the item description. This does not qualify as refundable damage. If you’ve received an item that was damaged in post, we will liaison with the specific postal service to achieve a refund.  

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

CAN YOU RUSH SHIP MY ORDER? 

Unfortunately, no, we cannot. Once the order is placed we do not adjust the shipping speed or method. However, express shipping is also available at checkout if you're in a rush. Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
