Orders within the USA typically arrive within 3-7 business days. However, please note if you choose USPS First Class your item will not be insured unless you select Priority Mail. Please note we cannot guarantee deliver dates as weather an elements can play into this factor. Orders are processed for shipping as soon as they're finished. Usually, 3-7 BUSINESS days from purchase date. Once processed and made, you'll receive an email confirmation with details on delivery.We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to select FIRST CLASS mailing, please note that these items are not insured unless you want to pay for insurance. PRIORITY is insured automatically. If your item is damaged, you'll need to take measures to file with the USPS (https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm). Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing your order to guarantee correct delivery. Saint Signora cannot re-route packages.INTERNATIONAL ORDERSInternational orders typically arrive in 7-14 days after purchased for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Most of our international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the US. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the United States Postal Office. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Standard shipping (First Class) does NOT include insurance. **We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.RETURNSItems may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit only (for leather, linen and selected vendor items ONLY). Returned items must be unused/unworn and in good condition. CUSTOM-MADE items are NOT returnable nor are SALE ITEMS. However, exchanges and new purchases made with store credit are subject to shipping fees. - 1. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR HANDMADE ITEMS?We try to use the best quality we can find. Our limited linen and handmade paper products are made from natural fibers and hides are sourced from Italian and German leather artisans.2. WHAT KIND OF PRINTING DOES YOUR HANDMADE PAPER ALLOW?Our hand-made paper can be letterpressed, foiled or screen-printed on. However, if you have a job that requires these methods, please let us know so we can make sure all sheets are appropriately dried for such. Please note our weight does vary a bit.3. WHAT KIND OF MEDIUM DOES YOUR HANDMADE PAPER ALLOW?Our handmade paper is made by a calligrapher and therefore crafted with the calligrapher and artist in mind. It is internally sized and designed to hold ink, gouache, watercolor, and tea staining.4. HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?Please allow up to 3-5 business days from purchase date for your order to be processed. If you have a large order of paper, please allow up to six weeks (8 weeks if it's wedding season). Delivery times usually fall within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Some overseas destinations may take anywhere from 14-18 days to arrive depending on shipping selection.5. WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER RETURNS ON HANDMADE PAPER OR ANTIQUES?Returns are not offered on handmade paper. You have the option to purchase a sample before making a commitment to a larger order and we highly suggest doing so to make sure it's the right paper for you. Each individual sheet is handmade by us and takes a great deal of time and care to make. Vintage and antique items are curated items specifically for the shop. These are one-of-a-kind pieces. Please make sure you read each description and view each image carefully before making your purchase.6. CAN YOU RUSH SHIP MY ORDER?Unfortunately, no, we cannot. Once the order is placed we do not adjust the shipping speed or method. However, express shipping is also available at checkout if you're in a rush. We do our best to display all of our products and colors as accurately as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Handmade items may come with natural flaws or variations in the materials we use. We feel it only enhances that natural beauty of our products. Sales tax is charged in the state of Georgia.9. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS?At this time, we do not. Our paper is currently at its lowest rate. Please keep in mind, each sheet is handmade by one and not a manufacturer or larger paper-making shop. It takes hard work and a lot of love to make each sheet of paper. Our vintage and antique pieces are not for wholesale.10. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Sure do! Everything is weighed in real time so you'll be able to view pricing and options at checkout.11.
