FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN YOUR HANDMADE ITEMS? 
We try to use the best quality we can find. Our products are made from natural fibers and hides from Italy and Germany. 
 
2. HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE? 
All of our items are handmade (with the exception of our found collection) in our studio and because so, require some time. Each piece- whether it be paper, linen or leather is crafted by hand and made with the idea of producing heirloom quality for maker's and shaker's everywhere. 
 
3. WHAT KIND OF PRINTING DOES YOUR PAPER ALLOW?
Our hand-made paper can be letterpressed, foiled or screen-printed on. However, if you have a job that requires these methods, please let us know so we can make sure all sheets are appropriately dried for such. 
 
4. WHAT KIND OF MEDIUM DOES YOUR PAPER ALLOW?
Our handmade paper is made with the calligrapher and artist in mind. It's designed to hold ink, gouache, watercolor, and tea staining.
 
5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE YOU TO MAKE MY ITEM? 
Please allow up to 10-12 BUSINESS days from purchase date for your order to be made and processed if purchasing a handmade item. If you have a larger order of paper, please allow up to three weeks. Once finished, you will receive an email confirmation with details on shipping etc. 
 
6. HOW DOES YOUR GARMENT SIZING WORK? 
All of our garments are one size fits all. Designed to have an undone and relaxed fit that allows movement. Sizing should fit many body types, but please note, fit will vary according to body type. 
 
7. DO YOU OFFER "GIFT" OPTIONS? 
Yes! We offer gifts as purchase. In checkout, make sure to add the recipients name and address to the "shipping" field. And in the "notes" section at the bottom, input "GIFT" with the note you would like to say and we'll make sure to calligraph a sweet sentiment with your piece.
 
8. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 
We accept all major forms of credit cards and PayPal. 
 
9. WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER RETURNS ON HANDMADE PAPER OR VINTAGE? 
Returns are not offered on handmade paper, because it's paper. You have the option to purchase a sample before making a commitment to a larger order and we highly suggest doing so to make sure it's the right paper for you. Each individual sheet is handmade by us and takes a great deal of time and care to make. Vintage items are curated items specifically for the shop. These are one-of-a-kind pieces.  Please make sure you read each description before making your purchase. 
 
10. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE AN ORDER FOR ME? 
Yes, please visit our commissions page for more information. Please note all custom-made items are not returnable. 
 
11. CAN YOU RUSH SHIP MY ORDER?

12. MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE. WHY? 

We do our best to display all of our products and colors as accurately as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Most items are handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or variations in the materials we use. We feel it only enhances that natural beauty of our products. However, please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.

 
13. WHERE IS SALES TAX CHARGED? 

Sales tax is charged in the state of Georgia.

 
14. DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS? 
Please email shop@saintsignora.com for more details and queries regarding wholesale. Select items may be purchased at wholesale pricing. However, please note our paper is not available at wholesale pricing at this time. 
 
15. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do! Everything is weighed in real time so you'll be able to view pricing at checkout.
 
16. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT'S NOT THERE? 
If you have chosen PRIORITY MAIL, you may file a claim here :: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm . We typically do not do this as once the item ships it is out of our hands. If something is fragile, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail to ensure it is received in a timely and safe fashion.
