DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges may be made on our "New Collection" of pieces. Meaning pieces that are not considered antique (ie soaps, linens, etc) may be returned for store credit only.  Final sales on antiques and handmade paper items (notebooks and stationery) - no exceptions.
 
WHAT KIND OF PRINTING DOES YOUR HANDMADE PAPER ALLOW?
Our hand-made paper is designed to be letterpressed, foiled, inkjet, or screen-printed on. Crafted from cotton rag 210 gsm with a natural deckle edge- each of these sheets is made by hand and is internally sized with acid-free sizing and without the use of animal gelatins. It is then finished on a cold press. Perfect for hand calligraphy
 
WHAT KIND OF MEDIUM DOES YOUR HANDMADE PAPER ALLOW?
Our handmade paper is made by a calligrapher and therefore crafted with the calligrapher and artist in mind. It is internally sized and designed to hold ink, gouache, watercolor, and tea staining.
 
HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?  
Please allow up to 3-5 business days from purchase date for your order to be processed. If you have a large order of paper, please allow up to six weeks (8 weeks if it's wedding season).  Delivery times usually fall within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Some overseas destinations may take anywhere from 14-18 days to arrive depending on shipping selection.
  
WHY DO YOU NOT OFFER RETURNS ON HANDMADE PAPER OR ANTIQUES? 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. These are one-of-a-kind pieces.  Please make sure you read each description and view each image carefully before making your purchase. 
 
CAN YOU RUSH SHIP MY ORDER? 
Unfortunately, no, we cannot. Once the order is placed we do not adjust the shipping speed or method. However, express shipping is also available at checkout if you're in a rush. MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE IMAGE ON THE WEBSITE. WHY?
We do our best to display all of our products and colors as accurately as we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. Handmade items may come with natural flaws or variations in the materials we use. We feel it only enhances that natural beauty of our products. However, please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.
 
WHERE IS SALES TAX CHARGED?
Sales tax is currently charged in the state of Georgia.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS IT'S BEEN DELIVERED, BUT IT'S NOT THERE? 
If you have chosen Priority Mail, you may file a claim here :: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. If something is fragile, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail to ensure it is received in a timely and safe fashion. We will work with you to help you locate or receive an insurance reimbursement should your item (in the rare case) be lost or stolen. PLEASE NOTE : INTERNATIONAL orders, we recommend shipping via DHL. It's much safer and has a higher guaranteed delivery rate than any other service.
